How the wallet works
- 1
Top up
Add credit by card. Larger companies can also top up by bank transfer. One balance for every workspace.
- 2
Work as usual
Seats are charged per active day; AI, meetings, transcription, storage and email when you use them.
- 3
Stay in control
Low-balance alerts, optional auto-recharge and monthly caps per feature.
Questions
What counts as an active person?
Someone who signs in or does something in a workspace on a given day. You pay the seat price only for the days a person is active, so holidays cost nothing.
What happens when the wallet runs out?
You get alerts before it happens. At zero, chat and tasks keep working for a grace period while AI, meetings and transcription pause; after that, workspaces become read-only until you top up. Nothing is deleted.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, for larger top-ups. Card payments go through Paddle, our reseller, which adds VAT or GST where it applies and sends the receipt.
Do you store our data in the EU?
Yes. Workspaces are hosted in the EU. Our security page explains how your data is protected.
Is there a minimum balance?
Some features need a small balance to start, so a meeting is not cut off halfway. The rate card shows the amount next to each one.
Can we bring our own domain and logo?
That is coming: each company will be able to set its own product name, logo, colours and a custom domain. Talk to us if you need it soon.
