Why we built one calm conversation per project

The Astrakoo team ·

Client work gets scattered across chats, email and meeting notes. Here is the approach we took instead, why your data stays in the EU, and why you pay from a wallet instead of a plan.

Client work rarely goes wrong because people don't care. It goes wrong because the decision was made in a call, the file is in someone's inbox, and the follow-up lives in a chat nobody else can see.

We built this product around a simple idea: every project gets one calm conversation, and everything else hangs off it.

One project, two chats

Each project has a team chat for your own people and a client chat you share with the client. Keeping the two apart lets your team think out loud while the client sees a clear, honest thread.

Threads keep side topics tidy. Voice notes are transcribed, so nobody has to listen to a three-minute message to find the one date in it. Files stay with the project. Search finds the message where something was agreed.

Work starts as a message

"Could you send the revised plan by Thursday?" is already a task. So any message can become one, linked to where it was said, and land on the project's board.

Meetings work the same way. They run in the browser, and a notetaker writes the transcript, the notes and suggested tasks when the call ends. You review the suggestions: nothing lands on the board until a person accepts it.

Answers you can check

Ask, the built-in assistant, answers questions from what you can already open: chats, files, tasks and meetings. Every answer shows its sources, so you can check it instead of trusting it blindly. It never reaches into a project you can't see.

Why EU hosting

Client conversations hold contracts, prices and personal details, and many teams that do client work operate under European data protection law. So the product is hosted in the EU, and the services we rely on are listed openly on the sub-processors page.

Why a wallet, not a plan

Plans make you guess in advance: how many seats, which tier, which features are locked. Teams change from week to week, and client work comes in waves.

So there is one prepaid wallet per company. A seat is charged only on the days a person is active. AI is billed by what you use, and meetings and transcription by use, at the unit prices on the pricing page. There is no tier to outgrow, and alerts and limits on the wallet keep the bill from surprising you.

Where we are

We are early. The product speaks seven languages, including Arabic written right to left, and it changes every week. Follow along in the changelog.
