Terms of service
Draft · last updated October 27, 2026Draft, not yet in forceThis document is a draft pending legal review. It is published for transparency and does not apply yet. The final text may change before launch.
These terms apply to the use of the service by a company (the customer) and the people it invites. The legal entity that provides the service and its address are to be confirmed at launch.
1. The service
The service lets teams run projects with chat, tasks, meetings, an assistant and a client portal. Features may change over time; we tell customers in advance about changes that take away something important.
2. Accounts
- The person who signs up must be allowed to act for the customer.
- Each person keeps their sign-in details safe and uses two-step sign-in where it is required.
- The customer is responsible for who it invites and for what they do in its workspaces.
3. Payment
- The service is prepaid through a wallet. Seats are charged per active day; AI, meetings and transcription are charged by use, at the prices published on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, which may add taxes required by law.
- Unused credit, refunds and price changes are handled as described in the final terms (to be confirmed at launch).
4. Your content
The customer owns the content its people add. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Use of the service must follow the acceptable use policy.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and publish its current state on the status page. Any commitments are set out in the service level agreement.
7. Ending the service
The customer can stop using the service at any time and export its content first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
8. Liability
Limits of liability, the governing law and the place of jurisdiction are to be confirmed at launch.
