Privacy policy
Draft · last updated October 27, 2026Draft, not yet in forceThis document is a draft pending legal review. It is published for transparency and does not apply yet. The final text may change before launch.
This policy explains what personal data the service handles, why, and the rights people have. The controller's legal name and contact details are to be confirmed at launch.
1. Our roles
- For account, billing and website data we decide how data is used (controller).
- For the content a customer's teams create in their workspaces we process data on the customer's behalf (processor), under the data processing agreement.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, language and sign-in settings.
- Content: messages, files, tasks, meeting recordings, transcripts and notes that people add.
- Usage: what is needed to run and bill the service, such as active days and AI or meeting usage.
- Technical logs: limited logs to keep the service secure and working.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service, to bill for it, to keep it secure, and to send messages people need, such as sign-in codes and invitations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. AI features
Meeting notes, transcription and the assistant send the relevant content to AI model providers to produce a result. Which providers are used is to be confirmed at launch and will be listed on the sub-processors page.
5. Where it is stored
Data is hosted in the EU. Where a sub-processor works outside the EU, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
6. How long we keep it
Content is kept while the customer uses the service and deleted after the account is closed, within a period to be confirmed at launch. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to some uses. If your data is in a customer's workspace, the customer is usually the right first contact. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
8. Cookies
