Projects, team chat and client chat
Every project has a chat for your team and one for the client, with threads, voice notes, files and search.
A project keeps one piece of work in one place: its conversations, tasks, files and meetings.
Two chats in every project
- Team chat is for your own people. Clients never see it.
- Client chat is shared with the client. Use it for questions, approvals and updates they should see.
Before you send something sensitive, check which of the two chats you are in.
Threads
Reply in a thread to keep a side topic out of the main conversation. The thread stays attached to the message that started it.
Voice notes
Choose the microphone to record a voice note. Voice notes are transcribed, so others can read them instead of listening.
Files
Attach files to a message or drop them into the chat. They stay with the project, so you can find them later.
Search
Search finds messages and files by their words. You only find what you have access to.
The client portal
Clients sign in to a portal that shows only their own projects: the client chat and what you share with them.
