Wallet, trial and seats
One prepaid wallet per company, seats charged per active day, and a free trial with credit.
Billing is prepaid and based on use. There are no plans or tiers to choose from.
One wallet for the company
Your company has one prepaid wallet, and all of its workspaces draw from it. Account owners top it up in Billing.
Seats per active day
A seat is charged only for the days a person is active. Someone who doesn't use the workspace on a given day costs nothing that day.
Usage
AI answers are billed by what you use. Meetings and transcription are billed by use too, at the unit prices on the pricing page.
The free trial
New companies start with a free trial that includes credit, so you can try everything with your team. No card is needed. The trial includes a limited number of people; top up to add more. You can see how much trial credit is left, and you get a reminder before the trial ends.
When the balance runs low
You get alerts as the balance runs low. If it runs out, metered features (AI, meetings and transcription) pause first. Chat and tasks keep working for a grace period; after that, workspaces become read-only until someone tops up. Nothing is deleted.
