Create your account and workspace

Setting up takes a few minutes. You need an email address you can open right away.

Before you start

• Use your work email: invitations and billing messages go there.
• Think of a short web address for your workspace, such as your company name. Your team uses it to reach the workspace.

Create your account

1. Choose Start free trial on this site.
2. Enter your name and email and choose a password, or continue with Google or Microsoft.
3. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it, or tap the button in the email, to confirm your address.

Add your company and first workspace

1. Enter your company name. The company holds the wallet that pays for all of its workspaces.
2. Name your first workspace and choose its web address.
3. Invite your team now, or skip this and do it later. See Invite your team.
4. Pick a starting template, or start with an empty workspace.

Protect your account

You are then asked to set up two-step sign-in with a passkey or an authenticator app. See Sign-in options and two-step sign-in.

Your home checklist

When you arrive in the workspace, a short checklist on the home screen shows what is left to do, such as creating your first project or inviting people. Hide it whenever you like.
